Starting therapy is often quite a scary prospect. This is normal. However, the majority of my clients say that their nerves start to subside after that first contact.

I am passionate about empowering individuals to deal with their difficult emotions, find healing, and feel confident to lead more fulfilling lives.

I thought Violet was very helpful with listening and getting to the roots of my underlying issues/problems. She also watches out for you in terms of what can be done to help you with external resources. The main things she listens and understands. I would recommend.

We provide holistic short and long-term therapy and coaching to adult individuals both online and in person at our practice offices in Hackney and Grays.

Through life events, we can all at some point experience many different feelings and emotions. Along with joyful feelings, sometimes we can experience feeling anxious or depressed, sad, angry, or fearful.

On occasion, this may leave us feeling that we are struggling to cope and may feel hard to overcome the challenges that keep you from living a happy and fulfilling life.

About The Founder

Veev therapy and coaching services was founded by Violet Omatseye, a BACP registered counsellor, psychotherapist, and therapeutic life coach. Her trainings and personal life experience with overcoming troubling times has afforded her an empathetic perspective which she utilises to aid clients achieve the same.

How long does each therapy session last?
Sessions last for 50 minutes and are usually held at the same place and time every week, although some flexibility can be offered around this.
How much do you charge? How will I pay?
My fees are £70 per session. I offer an initial free 15-minute call to answer any questions you may have about the process as well as to know if it’s the best fit. I typically carry out an initial assessment at the first session and I charge £70 for this. I ask for payment before each session and will issue an invoice containing full details of how to pay electronically.
How long will therapy continue for?
This is something we can discuss at our first session and which you will decide. Some clients want a short course of therapy and come for six weeks or three months, while others prefer a more long-term approach and want to commit to a year.
